
POINTS AND HANDICAPPING RULES
Handicapping will not start until (1) point race has been completed.
The 1st week will be a draw; handicapping will start the following points race
If a driver did not race the first week, they will be started at the rear of the qualifying event to earn points.
Concerns with a driver who is not experienced enough or vehicle capable of starting in their handicapped spot will be addressed on a case by case basis by the officials
Once handicapping starts, the heats will be lined up based on handicapping points. The driver with the least amount of handicapping points will start 1st in heat 1 and the next least amount of points will start 1st in heat 2 and so forth. Any drivers that has not made an attempt on the season to qualify with start behind all handicapped cars in the heat and feature.
Attempt to qualify is defined as, making an effort to bring your car on the track for practice and or heats. In the attempt if your car breaks and you are unable to compete in the days events (determined by race officials) you will be awarded 0 handicapping points for the event.
For drivers that are not in attendance, you will be credited with max handicappingpoints for the races you have missed. Points are shown below.
If a driver who is not eligible for handicapping qualifies through their heat that driver would start in the last handicapping spot, behind previous weeks winner.
IF the previous week’s feature winner makes the handicapping, that driver will start in the last final handicapping position in the feature.
The maximum number of cars to start any given feature will be 20 cars in all divisions
All Division not competing for track points will draw for position each week.
Tour Mods with redraw for feature. Redraw number depending on number of cars in event.
Rotten Forgotten will invert for feature
All other divisions that are drawing for position, feature line ups will be straight up following heat results, unless stated otherwise in drivers meeting prior to start of the event.
MAX HANDICAPPING PER EVENT WILL BE 55 POINTS

HEAT RACE BREAKDOWN
8 or fewer cars = 1 heat- 4 Qualify*
9-12 cars = 2 heats- 3 Qualify per heat*
13-15 cars = 2 heats - 4 Qualify per heat*
16-18 cars= 3 Heats- 3 Qualify per heat*
19+ cars= 3 Heats- 4 Qualify per heat*
NOVICE WILL HAVE 2 HEATS with 6 or more cars *
*Number of heats can be altered at Race Director’s discretion
QUALIFING FOR THE EVENT MEANS YOU WILL BE HANDICAPPED FOR THE FEATURE STARTING LINE UP BASED OF THE RULES PREVIOUSLY STATED ABOVE
ALL CARS WILL MAKE THE FEATURE UP TO 20 CARS. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 20 CARS REGISTERED FOR AN EVENT THERE WILL BE A CONSI UNLESS DETERMINED OTHERWISE BY TRACK MANAGEMENT.
